Ownership and staff are polite and knowledgeable and will strive to make your adventure with us as pleasant & memorable as possible. We keep our group sizes small to help give our guest’s a more personalized and safer experience.
We schedule rides by appointment, and confirmed with credit card only. A 24 hr. notice is recommended for reservations. All ride descriptions, costs, and availability are subject to change until reservations are confirmed with credit card.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
A cancellation notice must be given within 48 hrs. of ride time, or full charge will be imposed unless we determine the weather, or some other factor prevents us from riding. Full charge will imposed for all “no shows”. We are not responsible for guests being late or getting lost in spite of specific directions being given to our location to all guests at the time of reservation.
Any person that has physical or mental disabilities or handicaps (including special needs) that may interfere with that persons ability to either safely control, or understand instructions on how to control a horse will not be permitted to ride. These conditions require a facility with specially trained staff , horses, special equipment, and an enclosed riding environment. All of which this facility does not have.
